deviceRegistration API removal date extension

What is changing?

The deprecated deviceRegistration API was scheduled to be deleted.
We are aware that this endpoint is still being used, so we have extended the removal date until 1st March 2026.

What do I need to do?

Please update your implementation to use the startSmartFlexOnboarding API instead.
